ÖTL is a non-profit, Austria-wide self-help organisation for people with various hearing impairments, such as tinnitus, sudden hearing loss, hyperacusis and Menière’s disease. The ÖTL runs a network of regional self-help groups to provide advice and support to those affected and to strengthen their dialogue with each other.

Vision: An Austria in which tinnitus sufferers have a higher status under social law.
