ÖTL is a non-profit, Austria-wide self-help organisation for people with various hearing impairments, such as tinnitus, hearing loss, hyperacusis and Meniere’s disease. ÖTL operates a network of regional self-help groups to provide counselling and support to those affected and to strengthen their exchange with each other.

Vision: An Austria in which those affected by tinnitus have improved social rights.

New Projects

As part of the annual "Tinnitus Awareness Week" in February, the ÖTL informs the public at various events about the causes, effects and treatment options of tinnitus.

Online consultation hour — The ÖTL invites speakers from a wide range of disciplines to each online consultation hour, who answer the questions of ÖTL members after their presentation on a specific topic.

Young tinnitus — This ÖTL offer is specifically aimed at young people who are affected by tinnitus and would like to exchange ideas with their peers.
