Member: German Tinnitus League (DTL)

With 11,000 members, the German Tinnitus League (DTL) is the largest non-profit self-help organisation in Europe for people affected by tinnitus, sudden hearing loss, hyperacusis and Ménière’s disease.

The DTL supports around 65 self-help groups across Germany, providing people affected by these conditions with an important space for ongoing peer exchange and support. It also provides information and education for the public and those affected, including raising awareness of hearing and the remarkable abilities of the auditory system.

The DTL is an active member of the official Tinnitus Guideline Commission 2021.

Its aim is to represent the interests of people affected by these conditions and improve their situation in terms of health, society and legal rights.
